During this period Outfalls 003A (Pond B), 005A (Pond D), and 006A (Pond E), discharged to Foidel Creek. Ouffalls <br />003A and 006A flowed each week of the period. Outfall OOSA flowed only during the last week of the period, allowing only one <br />sample set to be collected for analyses. No permit excursions were noted for this period. <br />Outfalls 002A, 004A, 007A, and 008A did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during this period. Ouffall 020A <br />has not been constructed yet, therefore sampling of this site has not occurred. Note that ponds A (Outfall 001A), and H <br />(Outfall 009A) have been deactivated following bond release, and have been removed from the newly amended permit, <br />effective January 1, 2003. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the <br />actual DMR forms to cover the ouffalls, which did not discharge. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am /amiliar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry o/ those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete.
