Frequency and Sample Tvae <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or <br />noncompliance with the effluent l:[mitations, terms, and conditions. <br />specified in Parts I.A.1, I.A.2, +and I.A. 3, the permittee shall monitor <br />all effluent parameters at the fo:lowing frequencies. Such monitoring <br />will begin immediately and last for the life of the permit unless <br />otherwise noted. <br />Discharge Point 001 <br />Effluent Parameter Measure en F'reguency ~ Sample Type e/ <br />Flow, MGD Daily Instantaneous <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 Monthly Grab <br />Oil and Grease, mg/1 J Weekly Visual <br />pH, s.u. WeeL:ly Grab <br />Potentially Dissolved Cadmium, mg/1 ~~ Weekly Grab <br />Potentially Dissolved Copper, mg/1 Jn/ Weekly Grab <br />Potentially Dissolved Lead, mg/1 Jn/ Weekly Grab <br />Total Mercury, mg/1 Jnl Weekly Grab <br />Potentially Dissolved Zinc, mg/1 Jn/ Weekly Grab <br />Whole Effluent Toxicity, Chronic Quarterly 3 Composites/Test <br />Sampling by the permittee for compliance with the monitoring requirements <br />specified above shall be performed at 'the following location: discharge <br />point 001, the outfall from the i:ilter house and prior to mixing with <br />Coon Track Creek as shown in figure 2. <br />2. Reporting of Data <br />Reporting of the data gathered i+.~ compliance with Part I,B.1. shall be on <br />a monthly basis. <br />Monitoring results obtained during the previous month shall be summarized <br />and reported on Division approved discharge monitoring report forms (EPA <br />form 3320-1). The forms shall be mailed to the agencies listed below so <br />they are received no later than the 28th day of the following month. If <br />no discharge occurs during the reporting period, "No Discharge" shall be <br />reported. <br />The DMR forms consist of four pages - the top "original" copy, and three <br />attached no-carbon-required copies. After the DMR form has been filled <br />out and signed, the four copies must be separated and distributed as <br />follows: <br />The first orieinal signed copy of each discharge monitoring report (DMR) <br />shall be submitted to the Division at the following address: <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment <br />WQCD-PE-B2 <br />4300 Cherry Creek Drive South <br />Denver, Colorado 80222-1530 <br />See Part I.C. for Footnotes.
