Site SDL1958 was officially determined eligible for the National Register of Historic <br />Places (NRHP) on Apri] 9, 1998. <br />Should human remains be discovered during mining activities the requirements under State ]aw <br />CRS 24-80 part 13 apply and must be followed. <br />Please note that our review of your project is expedited when you indicate the extent of the permit <br />area on a legible portion of the appropriate and clearly identified 7.5 minute USGS topographic <br />map. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
