Division's position and recommended action by the Division and/or
the Hoard coulfl be acted upon.
7, If this request for modification is granted by the
- Division, PCI hereby waives its right to notice of the Division's
and/or Board's specifically proposed action on June 28, 2990,

Division and/or Board is disclosed to PCI and its counsel by June
