CO-00045161; Second Quarter 2003 DMR The 2"d Quarter 2003 DMR reports were reviewed. Outfal1001 A (Streeter Pond). This pond was reported as having discharged. Pazameters are reported as within allowable primary limits. The 30-day average flow was reported as 0.101 million gallons/day (mgd). The pond was discharging 0.078 mgd during the April and June, and 0.090 mgd during the May, on-site inspections by the Division. Outfall 002A (Facilities Area Pond). This pond was reported as having discharged in April. Parameters are reported as within allowable primary limits. The 30-day average flow was reported as 0.019 mgd. There was no discharge from this pond at the time of the April, May and June CDMG inspections. Outfa11003A (Loadout Pond). This pond was reported as having discharged. Parameters are reported as within allowable primary limits. The 30-day average flow was reported as 0.036 mgd. There was no discharge at the time of the 2"d Quarter 2003 inspections by the Division. This pond was reported as having no dischazge. This pond was not checked by the Division during June. It was not discharging during the April and May inspections by the Division. It was not discharging during the April and May inspections by the Division. Outfall 007A (Prospect Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no discharge at the time of the 2°d Quarter 2003 inspections by the Division. Outfall 008A (West Pit Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no discharge at the time of the 2"d Quarter 2003 inspections by the Division. Outfall 009A (Section 16 Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no dischazge at the time of May and June on-site inspection by the Division. This pond was not inspected during the Apri] inspection by the Division. Outfa11010 A (Taylor Creek Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no discharge at the time of the 2"d Quarter 2003 inspections by the Division.
