This approval is subject to the follow~ttg conditions: the pH is adjusted the minimum amount necessary [o <br />remove the toxtctt}', the effluent is stmtdtaneotJSh analyzed for [he Total Dissolved Solids components <br />demonstrated to cause the toxicit}', and these results aze supplied with the WET test report. <br />Having reviewed the Aquatic Impatrmen[ Stud} and your proposed Certodophnta Dubta VET testing <br />modification, the Water Quality' Control Division is prepared to amend yoaz permit to reflect this change in <br />method once you or your lab submits astep-by-step protocol describing the modified test.
