OF MINERALS <br />8 GEOLOGY <br />Please find enclosed the above referenced discharge monitoring report for the period of June 1, 1993 through <br />June 30, 1993, also including quar[erly \~ET ces[ results. No permit limitation exceedences occurred during this period. <br />Quarterly \rUholt Etfluen[ Toxicity (\~tET) tests were performed on Ou[falls 001 and 005 the meek of April 13, 1993 and <br />r/ utfall 007 the week of b4ay Il, 1993 for both C duhw and P. promelas. All Outfalls passtd for both species <br />with "Concentra[ions n ith Statistically Significant Difference in Lethality" reported at > 100%. Copies of the CDP$ <br />\CiET Test Report Forms for bo[h species are included in the submittal. <br />Omfalls 001 and 005 both had in-house \VET tests conduced in the momh of June. Because of the extra visits <br />to these sices, more field parame[trs are ligured into the statistics reported on [he DMRs. <br />The discharge at Outfall 017 ceased during mid-June which accounts for the frequency discrepancies on the DMR. ~~I,.~.-rte <br />Outfalls 002, 00.4, 006 Oi coif 003 did not discharge during [his period. Outtall 0_0 has not been constructed cer, & r ~ ~ ~.~ , <br />therefore, [here is no discharge to enable chemical or toxicological testing to date. ~~ <br />aa~+ <br />Outfalls 001, 005, and 007 are being tested for Hardness in addition to the required parameters. TCC is conducting <br />some internal sampling to lurthrr explain some issues that have previously been in question with the NPDES <br />requirements.
