Crain, Colorado 81625 <br />The Colorado Division of Wildlife does hereby find that the impact of this operation <br />on wildlife will be: % Minor Moderate Major <br />I•iine Location: Sweeny Pit #30 T6N, R94W, Section 35 Ei NZ NEB NE} <br />Wildlife Species List: (May be attached) <br />Mule deer Coyote Whitetail Jackrabbit <br />Antelope Red fox Cottontail rabbit <br />Elk Badger Numerous raptors <br />Endangered Species Impacted: None <br />Veoetation Communities: (May be attached) <br />Grassland - Sagebrush <br />,.1 <br />Assessment of Tmpact: (May be attached) This area recieves heavy winter use <br />by deer and to some extent, elk and antelope. However, impacts <br />should be minimal due to the small size of the operation.' Proper <br />reclamation will also reduce any adverse impacts of the operation. <br />Reclamation/Fiitigation Recommendations: (May be attached) <br />1. No trees should be removed or disturbed during mining. <br />2. Any fences constructed should conform to Division of Wildlife <br />Big Game fences specifications. <br />3.
