RE: Request for a Director's Representative for an Informal Conference and aPre-
hearing Conference Officer for the Line Camp Pit, File No. M-2001-001.
DMG has received written objections to the Line Camp Pit application. The application
has been scheduled for consideration by the Board during the April 25-26, 2001, Board
meeting. DMG decision date is April 10, 2001.
Therefore, the Pre-hearing Conference has been scheduled for April 17, 2001, to occur at
the Dolores Town Hall. Staff request the appointment of aPre-hearing Conference
Officer.
The Informal Conference has been scheduled for March 15, 2001. Senior Environmental
Protection Specialist Tom Gillis has indicated that he will be available to preside at the
Informal Conference. Therefore, staff request that you appoint Mr. Gillis as the Director's
representative for the Informal Conference.
