The water level in the sediment pond was about 12" below the invert <br />of the primary spillway. Dugout Pond requires some maintenance on the south side of the <br />spillway embankment. The repair work is scheduled for July 6, 1998. <br />REFERENCE DRAWINGS: Sediment Pond- Map 7; SWMP Controls-Map 14; <br />Dugout Pond - Exh 9, page 11. <br />SWMP CONTROLS: No significant amount ofcoal was spilled around the loadout. The <br />hydraulic oil tank at the loadout was sound. The sediment fences were in good repair. <br />The plant roads were adequately watered.
