During this period, only ponds A (Outfall 001), B (Outfall 003), D (Outfall 005), and E (Outfall 006) discharged to Foidel <br />Creek. No permit excursions were noted for this period. <br />Outfalls 002, 004, 007, 008, and 009 did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during this period. Outfall 020 <br />has not been constructed yet; fherefore there is no discharge to enable chemical testing to date. Points 010, 016 and o17 <br />have been eliminated from this permit. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be <br />substituted for the actual DMR torms to cover the outfalls, which did not discharge. <br />I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am /amiliar with the in/ormation submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry o/ those individuals responsible /or obtaining the information, 1 believe [he submitted in/ormation is <br />true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties /or submitting /alse information, including the <br />possibility of /fine and impnsonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
