August 2002 -45- 003-2203 <br />8.0 CONCLUSIONS <br />In accordance with our responsibilifies asthe Project Engineer and as the Quality Assurance <br />Consultant for construction of the Phase PJa Area, and per the requirements of the various <br />applicable DMG approvals, Golder Associates Inc. (Golder) attests that it observed and <br />performed the required CQA activities during construction of the Phase PJa Area.
