Satisfaction of these objectives is demonstrated in the following pages. <br />Section 2.0 describes the regional environmental and cultural settings <br />so that the contexts of .located resources can be properly understood. <br />Section 3.0 and Section 4.0 describe the methods used to gather relevant <br />data and the results of ,this search, respectively. Section 5.0 evalu- <br />ates each resource and evaluates its eligibility to the NRHP. Recom- <br />mendations of a plan for avoiding each significant resource or for <br />mitigating any adverse effects are put forth in Section 6.0. Finally, <br />Section 7.0 summarizes concisely all results, evaluations, and recom- <br />mendations.
