Sox 1136 <br />Craig, Colorado 81625 <br />Dear Mr. Duzik: <br />Colowyo is presently in the process of responding <br />to concerns of the Colorado Mined Lana Reclamation Division <br />during the adequacy review of our mining and reclamation <br />permit application. <br />One of the b;LRD requirements is for Colowyo to <br />determine the significance of all paleontological resources <br />• in the mina plan area. <br />I talked to Jim Dryden in the district office and <br />Doug 3cwer in your area office on August 14, 1931, about the <br />possibility of utilizing BL~;'s classification system for <br />making a determination for Colowyo's mine plan area.
