The mining for gravel by the COtriPAPIY shall be con- <br />ducted on such portion of the tract as the COUNTY may designate <br />from time to time; provided, however, that after the initial <br />designation of the area is mined, all future designations <br />shall be on parcels of land adjoining those already mined. <br />Prior to making such designations of areas to be mined, the <br />COUNTY shall consult with the COt4PAPIY with respect to such <br />designations. After mining operations are completed on the <br />first site designated, the COMPANY shall proceed to mine the <br />., <br />second site designated. t4ining operations shall not commence <br />on the third site until the first site is fully reclaimed. <br />This procedure ~'~all continue as long as this agreement is <br />in effect. <br />I2. This Agreement shall continue until December 31, <br />1979, and shall thereafter cond. from year to year as long <br />as the COPiPANY mines and extracts a minimum of 7 acres and <br />sells not less than 250,000 tons of material, in each calendar <br />year, and otherwise complies with the terms of this Agreement. <br />13.
