8. The amount of water claimed for Chambers Pond No. 1 is 131 AF, for
Chambers Pond No. 2 is 239 AF, for Chambers Pond No. 3 is 2.58 AF and for
Chambers Pond No. 4 is 180 AF. All absolute for fish culture and collectively
for the watering of 50 head of livestock.
The Referee does therefore conclude that the above entitled Application
should be granted and that Chambers Pond No. 1 is hereby awarded 131 acre feet
of water, Chambers Pond No. 2 is awarded 239 AF of water, Chambers Pond No. 3
is awarded 2.58 AF of water and Chambers Pond No. 4 is awarded 180 AF of
water, all for fish culture and collectively the watering of 50 herd of
livestock, all with 'an appropriation date of the 31st day of December, 1975,
absolutely and unconditionally with evaporation losses to be replaced by
releases from Green Mountain Reservoir pursuant to Senate Document 80;
subject, however, to all earlier priority rights of others and to tfie
integration and tabulation by the Division Engineer of such priorities and
changes of rights in accordance with law.
It is accordingly ORDERED that this Ruling shall be filed with the Water
Clerk subject to Judicial review.
It is further ORDERED that a copy of this Ruling shall be filed with the
appropriate Division Engineer and the State Engineer.
