Box 852 <br />Trinidad, Colorado 81082 <br />Re: Trinidad Catholic Cemetary Pit I; File No. M-86-006 <br />Dear Mr. Tave]la: <br />Upon reviewing your resubmittal of a 110 application for a Mining and <br />Reclamation Permit dated March 20, 1986, the staff has determined that it is <br />still deficient/incomplete under the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, <br />Article 32 of Title 34 CRS 1973, as amended (1976 Session Laws, House Bill <br />1065). <br />The application must be submitted containing all the information as required <br />by the law. The information submitted in the Small Operator's Permit <br />worksheet is pertinent but must be submitted in the format prescribed on the <br />110 application form. Maps must be submitted with a scale or dimensions to <br />accurately portray the expected mine area. Permit boundaries must be clearly <br />marked. <br />With this letter I am enclosing examples of Exhibit D - Mining Plan and <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan.
