Lyon Canal Company in regards to their <br />Permit Application File No. M-2001-097. I am in receipt of a copy of a letter dated June <br />5, 2002 from you to Mr. Manuel Torrez of The Fort Lyon Canal Company requesting a <br />notarized statement from Southeast Colorado Power stating that the proposed mining and <br />reclamation activities will have no negative affect on our power line. <br />On June 5, 2002, Mr. Eric Lesh, Southeast Colorado Power Staking Engineer, reviewed <br />the proposed site and it's proximity to our existing power line.
