Temporary Substitute Supply Plan -Line Camp, Montezuma County, SEP 2004, Page 22
Figure 14. Annual water Available from I'iome Ditch
from Dried-Up Irrigated Land, after providing for shortage during low-water months.
WaterYear Over/under
2001-2002 19.88
2002-2003 32.78
2003-2004 32.20
2004-2005 28.37
2005-2006 24.61
2006-2007 24.03
2007-2008 9.67
2008-2009 9.67
AND FUTURE
Based on the assumptions in this Plan, this is the amount of water available to DWCD, MVIC and/or other
agencies for storage for use in future years to provide additional water needed due to unforeseen
circumstances. As of the end of Water Year 2003-2004, a total of 51.40 acre-feet (19.20 acre-feet in Groundhog
and 32.20 acre-feet in McPhee) is presumed to be available at any time of year in the future to provide water to
replace consumption by mining operations and the Line Camp ponds when water from Home Ditch in the same
month is not available. Assuming capacity is available, this will increase with each year, unless the water is given to
another agency by the Owner or 4SA.
