Water Division 7, Water District 71 <br />Dear Mr. Knox: <br />Enclosed, as per your letter of 18th August, 2004, is the revised Substitute Water Supply <br />Plan for the Line Camp and Line Camp Pit, on the Dolores River, Montezuma County. <br />We also reference our letter of 15th Mazch, 2004 (request for renewal). <br />The Plan has been prepazed in accordance with: <br />1. The above letter, <br />2. General Guidelines For Substitute Water Supply Plans For Sand and Gravel Pits <br />Submitted To The State Engineer Pursuant To SB 89-120 & SD 93-260 as <br />provided with the letter, <br />3. Instructions received via E-mail and telephonically from Mr. Don West and other <br />staff members of the Division, and <br />4. Guidance received from Mr. Gary Witt of Wright Water Engineers in the review <br />of the initial submission (except where more recent instructions provided by Mr. <br />West or other staff members conflict with Mr. Witt's guidance). <br />It has been, and continues to be, our intent to comply fully with all laws regulating our <br />activities at the Line Camp, including local, state, and federal laws, and to comply fully <br />with all instructions, guidance, and permit conditions as imposed by the various agencies. <br />
