Cattany <br />Oak Creek, CO 81467 Acting Division Director <br />Re: Discharge Monitoring Reports, 2002, CO-0034142 <br />Dear Mr .Mills: <br />The Division has reviewed RAG Empire Corporation's Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), for all <br />four quarters 2002, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO- <br />0034142. <br />Only NPDES Outfall 003, Outfa11022 and Outfa11024 discharged during the reporting periods. Only <br />Outfa11022 discharged during the first quarter of 2002. Outfa11024 only discharged during the second <br />quarter of 2002. No excursions were reported by RAG-Empire Corporation for discharge quality or <br />WET tests from any of the three outfall sites for the year. On the fourth quarter 2002 DMR, no pH <br />values were recorded for Outfa11003 or Outfa11022. All other required parameters were reported on the <br />forms. Please provide this missing pH information to the Division and CDPH& E in order to complete <br />the sampling record. <br />Thank you for your prompt submittals of DMR's for the CPDES permit no.
