The main objection, it appears, <br />is the percussion effect of blasting done at the Quarry. It would appear <br />that this problem does not fall crithin your jurisdiction, but there <br />definitely does exist a need for a hearing on the matter. <br />Does your Board intend to have a hearing on this application?
