The asphalt plant <br />is grandfathered. <br />Timetable <br />i <br />Mining is expected to last from 6 to 11 years, depending on <br />economic conditions. Reclamation wiI'. be completed within 5 <br />years after completion of mining. Reclamation in the form of <br />backfilling, grading and topsoiling, fertilizing and seeding, <br />will occur concurrently with mining.
