• Quality Control On Well Samoling And Analysis <br />All water samples are taken by employees or agents of the Operator <br />using proper sampling procedures. Before obtaining a sample from <br />the alluvial wells, three well volummes will be removed or the well <br />will be completely evacuated and the recharge will be sampled. No <br />filtering system is available on site, therefore, the samples are <br />filtered at the testing laboratory. Samples will be packed in ice <br />and sent to the laboratory within one day of sampling. <br />Equipment utilized to take field measurements are calibrated on the <br />day of sampling prior to each sampling event. <br />Figure 2H, Laboratory Quality Assurance Program, gives a brief <br />summary of ACZ INC's Quality Control Program utilized for analysis <br />of the samples. <br />LJ <br />• 2.04-30v Rev. 03-04-94 <br />
