Lamar West Pit •
,,' ~ File 1181-132
Page 3
•
Exhibit L Even though a typical major disturbance is bonded at least $1,000
per acre, it is important to remember that in this project 65% of the acre-
age will be water surface. This, of course, does not require grading, top-
soiling or seeding. If we project on the basis of only 40X water surface,
I would suggest the following bond costs:
Major disturbance S.OA X 1,000/A leas40X lake
Moderate disturbance 4.8A X 500/A leas 407, lake
Minor disturbance 3.OA X 150/A less 40% lake
Sub Total
10% administrative coats
Total
$4,800.00
1,440.00
270.00
$6,510.00
650.00
$7,160.00
Exhibit M There are 2 special use permits that cover not only this permit
area but the land north of the river as well as several acres south of Holly
Street.
Exhibit N A fugitive dust permit will be required for this operation. The
applicant will obtain this permit before starting the project in 1982 and a
copy will be sentto your office.
I think this should resolve the questions. If you need something else, please
call me.
Cord lly
Lloyd V. "Buck" Barnhart
VALCO Consultant
cc: VALCO/Lamer Concrete Division
