Listed below are the Division's adequacy review comments for this application. The <br />Division is required to make a decision no later than June 20, 2005, therefore, your response to the <br />following adequacy review concerns should be received by the Division by June 16, 2004 to give us time to <br />evaluate your responses. <br />1. Weed Control Plan <br />Rule 3.1.10 (6) of the Minerals Rules and Regulations requires the use of weed control measures under <br />certain conditions. PIease provide the Division with an appropriate weed control plan for this site. <br />2. Reclamation Plan Map <br />Rule 6.3.5 (3) (a) requires that the Reclamation Plan map show the gradient of all reclaimed slopes <br />(horizontal:vertical) sufficient to describe the post mine topography. Please provide the Division with <br />an appropriate map. <br />3. A cost estimate has been prepared for the reclamation bond. The estimate is $9,500.00. A copy of <br />the estimate is enclosed for your information. <br />For your information, enclosed are review continents from the Corps of Engineers and the Colorado <br />Office of the State Engineer. <br />Pleased be advised that the Sprague Scraper Service Pit 110 (c) Application maybe deemed inadequate, <br />and the application maybe denied on June 20, 2005 unless the above mentioned adequacy review items are <br />addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If you feel that more time is needed to complete your reply, <br />the Division can grant an extension to the decision date. This would be done upon receipt of a written <br />waiver of your right to a decision by June 20, 2005 and a request for additional time.
