We agreed <br /> that .I would submit additional information without waiting for a <br /> formal letter advising of the inadequacies. Accordingly, on behalf <br /> of the applicant I submit the following to be incorporated into the <br /> application: <br /> 1. The disturbed area is in the I I/4. SE * Section <br /> 4tiN, RHW. <br /> 2. Adjacent land owner is BLM. <br /> 3. Included h rewith as Attachment 1 is a portion -of the <br /> U .S.G .S. 7s Minute arc /* n.Quadrangle showing the location of the <br /> mine so that it may be fo nd on the ground. This replaces Exhibit C-1 <br /> of the application which accurately shows the mine location on a <br /> geologic map. <br /> 4. Wildlife information as required by Rule 3.11 (10) (a) <br /> has been submitted in Exhibit D. In addition arrangements have been <br /> made for a wildlife statement by the Colorado Division of Wildlife <br /> as shown by correspondence herewith submitted as Attachment 2, (letters <br /> dated September 29 and October 21) . <br /> 5. The soil is adequately described in Exhibit D, such <br /> description being taken from Water and Related Land Resources, Dolores <br /> River Basin, Colorado and Utah, 1972, by the Colorado Water Conserva- <br /> tion Board and United States Department of Agriculture , coupled with <br /> a physical inspection of the site. <br /> 6. 5*^n C. topsoil is available as shown on the map, <br /> Exhibit C� and as described in the Reclamation Plan, Exhibit E. <br /> l'opfet I A"14ZPAI 41,4e1 will be spread over all of the <br /> disturbed area to a depth of approximately Z inches and a seed <br /> mixture consisting of _J lbs Crested wheat, albs Yellow <br /> sweet clover, lbs Four wing salt bush, 3 lbs Indian rice grass , <br /> .t,_3t_lbs Sand ropseed per acre will be applied. This seed mixture <br /> is recommended by the BLM Montrose Office. <br />
