Dear Ms. Brown:
Enclosed are the Edna Mine's (Permit #CO-0032638) CPDS reporting results for the
above referenced monitoring period. During the month of March 2000, DMP 001 did not
discharge and DMP 004 did not exceed any compliance criteria. As P&M Coal noted in their
March 30, 2000 letter, DMP 007 failed the first quarter WET test for c. dubia. First quarter WET
test results are attached.
