Agenda Items <br />Beginning with the June 2000 Board Meeting, Agenda Items will be submitted <br />electronically. (No More Paper, Please!!) <br />Agenda Items are due by Wednesday, May 31. <br />Directions for electronic submittals: <br />Folders have been created in the following directory for June, July and August Agenda <br />Items: <br />M:\Board Mtg\006 June <br />M:\Board Mtg\007 july <br />M:\Board Mtg\008 august <br />A folder has also been created in that directory which contains a blank Agenda <br />Worksheet Form. The form has been set up as "Read Only", which means that you <br />can open the form (press "read only"--no password needed) and save it as another <br />document, e.g., JuneAgenda-hbh. <br />For June agenda items, please access the form, fill in the usual agenda information <br />and save it to the 006 June folder by Wednesday, May 31. After May 31, the folder <br />contents will be cleared out and you can add items for the final or Revised Agenda. <br />If you have an item that was continued from a previous Board Mtg., please also <br />access the blank agenda worksheet, prepare another agenda submittal and save it to <br />the 006 June folder, etc. <br />The Tentative for the June Board Mtg. will be mailed on Friday, June 2. I will be on <br />vacation starting Friday, May 26 and will return to work on Monday, June 12.
