SHELTO N, Director <br />August 11, 1986 <br />Mr. Stevan O'Brian <br />Environment, Inc. <br />9989 West 60th Avenue <br />Arvada, Colorado 80004 <br />RE: File No: M-86-104, Montgomery Pit <br />Complete Application <br />Dear Mr. O'Brian: <br />We have received your application fora Mining and Reclamation Permit for your <br />Sand and Gravel mining operation in Eagle County. Our initial review <br />indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; thus your <br />application has been deened complete. ~1 comment and review time periods <br />initiate from this date. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board is October 23-24, 1986, You should commence publication of <br />a notice of the fining of this application immediately (see enclosed notice <br />format). You must also mail a copy of the notice to allowners of record of <br />surface rights of affected land and immediately adjacent land. You must <br />provide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt <br />Requested, to the Mined Land Reclamation Division staff before your <br />application can be considered by the Board. You must also place a copy of <br />this application for public review, less confidential items, with the Eagle <br />County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions to the copies <br />on file in our office must also be made in this local government copy. <br />THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE TO <br />MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
