CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS FOR APPROVAL
_~ The proposed operation does not
anticipate e~tosing groundwater. Therefore, no
e>~osure of ground water can occur during and
after mining operations.
The proposed operation will consume
ground water by _ evaporation, _ dust
control, _ reclamation, _ and water
removed in [he [Wined product. Prior to initiation
of these uses of groundwater, the apphcant will
need to obtain a gravel well permit. Prior to
obtaining a permit, an approved water supply
plan or a decreed plan for augmentation will be
required.
The applicant has indicated plans to use
other water for uses at [he gravel pit or for
storage in the gravel pit. The applicant will need
to provide evidence to this office that [he water is
permitted or decreed for such uses.

permit, the applicant will need a wavier of
objection from well owners within 600 feet
or request a hearing before the State
Engineer.
