Dear Mr. Raines:
This letter is in response to your letter dated October 3, 2005 requesting renewal of the
above referenced substitute water supply plans to cover depletions caused by gravel mining
operations at four locations. This substitute water supply plan is a combined replacement plan
that identifies replacement sources to cover depletions from four mine sites along the Cache La
Poudre River. The required fee of $868 (4 x $217) has been submitted. The following table
lists the sites that are involved in this combined replacement plan:
