Therefore, I will plan to <br />recommend to the Mined Land Reclamation Board during the upcoming <br />September 25-26, 1986 meeting that the formal public hearing to consider a <br />possible violation against Bar 70 Enterprises for failure to submit these <br />required items be withdrawn.
