Please be advised that Kirkland Construction, R.L. L. P., whose address and telephone number are
2101 Main Street, P. O. Box 580, Rye, CO 81069; [phone], has filed a reclamation permit
application to extract construction materials with this office. The operation will be located at or near
Section 17, Township 215, Range 61W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Pueblo County. The applicant proposes
to reclaim the site for rangeland.
The decision date for this application is scheduled for March l7, 1998, providing all permit requirements
have been met. Any cotttments or objections must be submitted in writing and be filed with the Division
of Minerals and Geology no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 9, 1998 to be considered in the application
