Major spills to the North Fork of the Gunnison River may <br />have mobility, but the potential of the spills occurring and reaching the River is extremely <br />low. <br />DESCRIPTION OF EXPOSED SIGNIFICANT MATERIAL <br />• The coal stockpiles and the coal refuse piles aze the significant materials that <br />are exposed to storm water. Drainage from these azeas is contained within <br />_ approved sedimentation control structures and would not enter storm water <br />dischazges. <br />• The coal spillage, materials and residue from vehicles and trains that may occur <br />which could possibly enter storm water dischazges aze minimal in volume and <br />pollution potential. <br />LIST OF SIGNIFICANT SPILLS AND LEAKS <br />• There have been no significant spills or leaks of toxic or hazardous pollutants <br />that have occurred at this mine in the past three yeazs. <br />.; <br />POLLUTANT SOURCE IDENTIFICATION <br />
