Procedures, methods, and precautions instituted to prevent a similar <br />recurrence; <br />7. Other considerations unique to a particular release. <br />. The above report shall be made.a permanent part of this SPCC Plan. <br />IR. ~ HISTORY OF OIL AND HAZARDOUS MATERIAL RELEASES <br />The mine and surface facilities were constructed in 1981 and 1982. There have <br />been no reportable spills of oil or hazardous material since that time at West Elk <br />Mine. <br />X.
