1. A perimeter fence (6 foot chain link) needs to be
constructed to keep wildlife out of the tailings pond
area.

2. Dust control measures may be necessary during the
feeding of the heavy media plant, since Rocky Mountain
Sheep are susceptible to respiratory illness that may
be caused or aggravated by particulates.
3. The nearby fisheries in Clear Creek need to be
protected by treatment of discharge water as
applicable.
All three of these concerns are taken into account in the mining
plan.
