C~ <br />EXHIBIT B - SITE DESCRIPTION <br />Vegetation and Soil Characteristics <br />The soil and vegetation in the affected area is described in a <br />communication from the Soil Conservation Service. The report is <br />included herein as ATTACHMENT B. <br />Species and Habitat of Wildlife <br />Steve Yamashita of the Georgetown office of the <br />of Wildlife inspected the proposed mine site on <br />The report is on file in the Georgetown office. <br />included herein as ATTACHMENT C.
