• EXHIBIT D - RECLAMATION PLAN <br />Cescribe reclamation plan (timing, procedures, criteria, etc.) <br />1. There will be no overburden excavated, moved, or replaced <br />throughout the operations. All underground materials removed <br />beyond the mine adit will be processed, shipped, or returned to <br />the underground mining operation. Reject material from the on- <br />site processing will be returned to the underground workings if <br />it meets applicable environmental criteria. <br />2. No new slopes or excavations will be created. Any areas <br />exposed during operations that reveal unnatural or unsafe <br />conditions, will be made to conform to the specifications for the <br />ultimate intended industrial and commercial use. <br />3. Revegetation will be done in areas <br />aesthetically and practically to the fi <br />industrial uses. Where revegetation is <br />topsoil material will be deposited to a <br />inches. If revegetation and/or seeding is done, it will be done at <br />the completion of the project. The type of mulch to be used and the rate of application, <br />will be that as will best serve the recommendations for <br />conditions as they may exist in items 4., 5., and 6. above. <br />8. The tails pond will not be of the type to require <br />decontamination. Upon completion of the project, the tails pond <br />will be made to drain naturally, covered with topsoil and seeded <br />and/or planted to conform to the natural vegetation in the area. <br />The slopes that exist at that time will be less than those that <br />now exist due to the natural sediment filling that will occur <br />over the life of the project. <br />.
