Colorado, 719-839- <br />2672, has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under <br />provisions of the Colorado Land Redametton Ad for the Extraction of Construction <br />Materials. The proposed mine is know as the Allen Pit, and IS located at or near <br />Section 11 and Section 14 in Township 10 South, Range 77 West of the 6°i Principal <br />Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is May 1, 2006 and proposed date of <br />completion is undetermined because thts operation will be utilized on an as-need <br />basis.
