Ranch Way, Ste. 200, Westminister, CO 80021; [phone], filed an application to conduct surface extraction of
construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section 12, Township 6S, Range 93 W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Garfield
County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. The
application decision is scheduled for May 25, 2006.
