The system was repaird in late February with subsequent analyses of <br />TSS falling back within limitations. <br />As per the split sample taken by Mined Land Reclamation representatives on April <br />18, 1985, our portion of the sample was lost in transit to the laboratory. Our samples <br />taken on March 25 and April 30 indicated TSS concentrations at 40 and 38 rr~g/1, <br />respectively. <br />As you are aware, small mammals burrowed through pond 002 during July. .Mine <br />discharge is currently bypassing pond 002. Wyoming Fuel will begin construction the <br />second week in August for two (2) mine water containment cells. <br />Please let us kno~.v if you need additional information regarding this matter. <br />Sincerely, ," <br />David M.
