"So that re- <br />ally made the tunnel approach <br />impractical," Lohr said. <br />McCain points out that Eng- <br />land and France successfully <br />built a "channel" below the <br />English Channel. <br />Boulder County approved <br />plans two years ago for Port- <br />land Cement to mine 315 to 350 <br />acres in the 2,6110acre Dowe <br />Flats area over y2.5" years.
