Kubic: <br />In acooMance with our telephone conversation yesterday, Trapper ilTming Inc. is hereby modifying our pending <br />amendment request to Permit No. CO-0032115 to reflect an additional change to our opetatioa in 1998. The <br />modification is to add an additional new discharge point (outfall 020) as illustrated on the enclosed Figure 4. This <br />pond is also slated for construction this fall. The enclosed figtaes have be® modified to reflect the location of <br />this newly proposed outfall acrd to indicate North for ori~-..cation purposes. These figures should replace those <br />submitted with my previous letter of July 2, 1998. ff you would Tike to see any twther changes regarding these <br />figures, please contact me. <br />Agam, the following criteria will apply to Outi'a11018: <br />a) One pond will be burl[ az the proposed location dming the upcoming wastrrtction season. <br />b) The receiving waters will be Horse Gulch <br />c) The discharge will consist of slonmwater runoff from disturbance associated with the mining operation. <br />In additioq with this request, the following uiteria will apply to Outfall 020: <br />a) One pond will be built az the praposod location riming the upcoming construction season <br />b) The receiving waters will be Flume GulcL. <br />c) The discharge will consist of stormwater runoff from disturbance associated with the mining operation <br />and possible mine dewatering . <br />Please contact me if you have any questions or require any additional information to begin processing this <br />amendment request.
