.~ <br /> <br />Blue Mountain Energy, Inc. <br />2004 Stormwater Annual Report <br />Permit Certification No. COR-040 172 <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />A. Inspections were made and maintenance actions taken to ensure compliance with the <br />permit. No violations of the Stormwater Permit were noted. Current BMPs are <br />working properly. Routine maintenance performed including ditch cleaning and <br />sediment removal when and where warranted. While 2005 was much wetter than <br />usual few intense storms resulted in little impact to control structures and reduced <br />maintenance needs. <br />The SWMP was last updated as part of the 2001 Stormwater Annual Report. This <br />document has been reviewed and no changes are warranted. <br />B. First quarterly inspection - Mazch 23. Site in compliance with Stormwater Pemut. <br />Second quarterly inspection -June 7. Site in compliance with Stormwater Permit. <br />Third quarterly inspection -August 25. Site in compliance with Stormwater <br />Permit. <br />Fourth quarterly inspection -November 5. Site in compliance with Stormwater <br />Permit. <br />Many other inspections occurred throughout the year to identify and address potential <br />problems in more specific azeas. Maintenance and repairs were performed to address <br />issues while maintaining compliance. <br />
