Dept. of Natural Res;,,.,,,r, <br />The self-monitoring reports for Peabody's Mesa sand sad gravel operation <br />indicate chronic noncompliance with pH as well as significant suspended solids <br />exceedences reported for the second quarter, 1984. <br />We are requesting that you meet with division staff on October 17, 1984 at <br />1:30 p.m. in Room 200 of the main Health Department building at 4210 East 11th <br />Avenue in Denver to discuss the problem of noncompliance.
