Loos <br />D~vis~on Dnecror <br />The Division has reviewed TCC's Discharge Ivlonitoring Reports, DMR's, for 1999 and 2000. Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0036684 covers sediment pond E <br />located at the Fish Creek Tipple portion of the Foidel Creek Mine CDMG permit (C-82-056). <br />Discharge monitoring reports were sent to the Division in accordance with CDMG Rule <br />4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) for all quarterly submittal for 1999 and 2000. <br />Permit limitation excursion from site Outfall 001 eras reported for the following quarter: <br />Second Quarter 1999 04/01/99-06/30/99 TSS <br />TCC reported the excursion to CDPH&E as required by Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(ii). CDMG was notii-led of <br />permit limitation excursions. No permit limit excursions were reported for 2000. No State of.Colorado <br />CDPH&E or Federal water quality violations were issued in 1999 or 2000 in compliance with Rule <br />4.0.1(3). <br />Thank you for your prompt submittals of DMR's for the CPDES permit no.
