If at <br /> any time this Lease shall be ended as aforesaid or in any <br /> ocher way, Lessee hereby covenants and agrees to surrender <br />_~ and duliver up the Leased Premises peaceably to Lessor, as <br /> sec forth in paragraph 7(i), and if Lessee shall remain in <br /> possession after such termination, Lessee shall be deemed <br /> guilty of a forcible detainer of the Leased Premises under <br /> the Colorado statutes, hereby waiving all notice, and shall <br /> 6e subject to eviction and removal, forcibly or otherwise, <br /> with or without process of law, as above stated. <br /> ' 11. Waiver of Breach. A waiver by Lessor o£ the <br /> Creech by Lessee of nny covenant or condition of Chis Lease <br /> shall not impair the right of Lessor to avail himself of any <br /> subsequent breach thereof. <br /> 14. Entire Agreement. This Lease represents the <br /> entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to <br /> the subject matter hereof and there are no collateral oral <br /> ogre cinencs or understandings.
