Waiver of Breach. A waiver by Lessor o£ the <br /> Creech by Lessee of nny covenant or condition of Chis Lease <br /> shall not impair the right of Lessor to avail himself of any <br /> subsequent breach thereof. <br /> 14. Entire Agreement. This Lease represents the <br /> entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to <br /> the subject matter hereof and there are no collateral oral <br /> ogre cinencs or understandings.
