Hurst <br />told me that the State "line Board was going to require you to mine the <br />area from the west to the east. This is because 1 had so stated in my <br />report that I felt this was the way the mining should progress. The <br />portion of my report where this appears is on page 1, Cxhibit E - <br />Reclamation Plan, the fourth sentence of the second paragraph. <br />However 'tr. Burst explained to me that you would prefer to mine the <br />area from east to west.
