1 COMMISSIONERS OF P.IO BLANCO COUi]TY, hereinafter called the
Board.
WtIEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement dated
May 26, 1972, and
WFIEREAS, the parties have agreeP to amend that contract.
WITNESSETII:
That for and in cor.sic<eration of the pren;ises the parties
agree as follocas, to-tail:
1. The Board agrees that the description of the gravel

pit described in Paragraph 1 of the contract shall be as follocos:
A parcel of land located in S°ction 23,
Township 1 South, Range 92 West of the
6th P.td., County of Rio Blanco County,
State of Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the
Southwest corner of said Section 23, thence
North 35°29"25' East, 3701.42 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence North 51°58"
32' West, 702.56 feet; thence tdortll 49°3G"
14' East, 533.51 feet; thence South 70°26"
49' East, 40.00 feet; thence South 20°50"
37' East, 754.00 feet; thence South 69°9"20'
Ylest, 169.98 feet to the true point of beginn-
ing, containing 6.00 acres, more or less.
2. T11e parties agree that access to said gravel pit
shall he provided by the existing road to said gravel pit.
3. Tlie parties agree that the term of said. lease shall
]~e for a period. of six years from the date of this agreement, how-
ever, the Eoard shall have the right to remove stockpiled gravel
from said site for a reasonable period after the expiration of this

4. The parties hereby ratify and confirm the terns of
the agreement of Flay 26, 1972, as amended by this agreement.
