Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has completed a review of the Pond <br />Inspection Report submitted under a Twentymile Coal Company letter of October 4, <br />2005. <br />In addition to those sediment ponds of this report, other structures are considered as <br />impoundments and need to be inspected under the provisions of Rule 4.05.9(17). Your 3rd <br />quarter submission included reports for the Disposal Area I pit impoundment (Area #1 <br />Pit), the Wash Plant sump (thickner underflow holding pond), and the Fish Creek Tipple <br />evaporative pond (FCT Waste Water Pond). Yet to be included are inspection reports for <br />the main facility sewage lagoons and the 18-Right cuttings impoundment. <br />Please submit these additional inspection reports by 28 November 2005. <br />Please call me if you have any questions. <br />Yours truly, <br />ByrorfG.
